Service Agreement
Seeing Gospel in Story Challenge – VIP Track

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Cinematic Scripture (“Company”) and the individual (“Participant”) enrolling in the Seeing Gospel in Story Challenge – VIP Track (“Program”).

By registering for the Program, Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Description

The Seeing Gospel in Story Challenge – VIP Track is a three-day live and virtual spiritual formation experience designed to help participants interpret film through Scripture, engage gospel truth in culture, and carry their insights forward as sacred offerings. The VIP experience includes live teaching, cinematic reflections, guided journaling, devotional previews, and small-group interaction.

2. Spiritual Formation and Results

Participant understands this is a discipleship and spiritual reflection journey, not a professional, psychological, or therapeutic intervention. While meaningful transformation is expected, results vary based on personal engagement, attentiveness, and willingness to reflect deeply.

The Company does not guarantee specific spiritual breakthroughs, ministry impact, or resource creation. This is not a certification program.

3. No Professional Advice

The Program offers theological, educational, and spiritual insight, but does not constitute legal, financial, counseling, or medical advice. All content is intended solely for personal formation.

Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance for matters beyond the scope of this experience.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials (videos, frameworks, journal prompts, devotional content, PDFs, and presentations) remain the exclusive property of the Company.

Materials may be used for personal growth or internal teaching within one's faith community, but may not be republished, resold, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent from the Company.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, emotional, spiritual, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program or the interpretation or application of its content.

6. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its facilitators, contributors, and partners against any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the Program or use of Program materials.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the live delivery format, digital access, and nature of group engagement, no refunds will be issued for VIP registration under any circumstance.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

9. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By completing checkout and enrolling in the Program, Participant affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
